Managing Documentation

You can add documentation / charting to a client's record. You can select from a set of charting templates, assessments to complete, sign and save. Documentation / Charting can also be saved as a PDF document for printing if necessary. 

You can select options to print an entire assessment or addressed questions and responses only within the patient chart.

  1. From Case Details, click Charting, and click Add.

  2. Search for the document by typing the first few letters of the document title you want to select or scroll through the listing and click Select.

  3. To strike out, click the Document Name, click Strike Out, select strike out reason, and click Accept.

  4. To print a document, hover over Actions next to the document, and click Print
