Uploading Documents to the Chart

You can upload documents to the client chart. If a document is completed outside of the application, you can upload the document and save as part of the client's chart. For example, the uploaded document might be a completed document from an admission.

The original document to be attached must be scanned or loaded into your documents on your personal computer.

  1. From Case Details, click Charting and click Add.

  2. From the Add Charting library, select the document to be attached: for example, Admission documents. 

  3. Add notes or documentation to be included with the uploaded document. 

  4. Click Attachments and select the file to attach to the document.

  5. Click Save and click Sign.
