Scheduling Overview 

Across all business lines for Home Care, scheduling is the pivotal point for tying together visits, financial pieces, and documentation. You can schedule multiple visits for a desired time period.

Managing your staff/resources with automated scheduling gives the Scheduler/Manager real time accountability, with completed visits and documentation. When appointments / visits are reviewed, they immediately get pushed out to the financial record, building completed visits onto the claim or invoice.

Within Scheduling, you can:

  • Calendar View – Allows calendar view from, month, week or day.

  • Add Appointment – add appointments/visits with Client View or Employee View.

  • Review Appointment – Double click to review appointment or shift-click and approve appointment.

  • Select Schedule - View Patient’s schedule or view Employee’s schedule.

  • Slot Size - Allows selection of time slots in 15, 30, and 60 minutes increments.

  • Total Schedule - At a glance view of the authorization associated with the Patient’s payer, gives a running total of what is remaining of the specific resource allowed visits.
