Viewing Caregiver History

You can view caregiver history. Caregiver history provides a list of caregivers, including discipline and certification, and the associated client after the start of care date. Viewing caregiver history assists the scheduler in providing continuity of care for the client. 

The items that can be viewed in caregiver history; employee name, employee discipline and certifications.
