Accessing Employee Schedule
As the Scheduler in an office, you may need to view an employee’s schedule to check availability of an employee or see the appointments an employee is already scheduled to complete.
From the Home screen, click Schedule and select Employee's Schedule.
From the Select Employee’s Schedule, enter the last initial of the employee's name in the last name field, highlight and Accept.
You can view Patient Schedule, by Select Schedule, and Select Patient’s Schedule.
The employee must have appropriate credentials and disciplines associated with their name before they can be scheduled.
