Managing Emergency Preparedness Report

You can run a emergency preparedness report for your agency to pull a list of patients sorted by emergency preparedness rating. The emergency preparedness report can be run weekly or monthly, based on your agency policy, to capture the current patient census and emergency plan rating.

The emergency preparedness rating categorizes patients with the following emergency rating:

  • Level 1 (High)

  • Level 2 (Medium)

  • Level 3 (Low)

  • Level 4 (Lowest)

  1. From the Home screen, click Reports. Enter the report name in the search screen. 

  2. Click Run next to the emergency report to be completed.
