OASIS Exports Overview 

You can review and update the OASIS document and generate a file for export to manually export the document to Assessment Submission and Processing System (ASAP). Timely submission of OASIS data is important as this can impact measurements of performance and payment.

After you export your OASIS, you can use OASIS correction tools to manage and correct an OASIS based on the Final Validation Report (FVR).

OASIS Correction Tools: 

  • Copy - When you have a rejected OASIS on the FVR, you can copy the OASIS document and edit the issues that caused the original rejection.

  • Correct - When you have a previously accepted OASIS record that needs a M00 item changed.

  • Inactivate - When one of the key fields of the OASIS must be changed on a previously accepted record, or when an OASIS was transmitted in error.
