Complete Comprehensive Assessment
You can complete your admission / Comprehensive assessment within the mobile application.
Log into mobile application.
Tap visit appointment to initiate.
Tap Start Appointment.
Navigate through each page and complete the assessment.
When your visit is complete, tap End Appointment. To obtain the patient's signature, have the patient sign their name in the outlined box, then tap Sign and Submit.
You can re-open a saved document to complete areas not addressed during your visit.
Best practice is to synchronize the device at the beginning and end of each day with an Internet connection.
If you un-sign and edit a visit, the client signature is removed from the document.
For any OASIS assessments, the M00 questions are red. When the question is complete, the question changes to black.
Grayed out items cannot be edited within any document.
Any editable items that are changed in an assessment are updated in the client chart when the document is saved and signed.
You cannot validate an OASIS assessment within the CAH app. Validation of the OASIS assessments must be completed within the web application.
