Outstanding Eligibility Verification Transactions Dashboard
After the eligibility weekly batch processes, use the Outstanding Eligibility Verification Transactions Dashboard to identify responses requiring follow up action. Responses with Not Submitted or Failed status appear on the dashboard for all active Intake and Client records. To easily manage a large list of transactions, you can
Sort all dashboard data based on any column.
Search by name for a particular Intake or Client.
To quickly resolve issues and receive eligibility information in a timely manner,
Read the Eligibility Response Message to determine how you can resolve the issues.
Access the Intake or the Client's Financial Record directly from the dashboard to update records and re-verify eligibility.
Responses are automatically cleared from the dashboard when the response status changes to verified or denied, or the Payer Coverage End Date has passed.
Note
To use the Outstanding Eligibility Verification Transactions Dashboard, you must add the dashboard to your Dashboards view.
For more information, see Managing Dashboards.
Important
To keep the amount of dashboard information manageable, responses appear for a limited time. Responses appear if the Eligibility Response Date is within the past 15 days from the current date. If you do not resolve issues within 15 days, the response drops off the dashboard.
To view responses with Eligibility Response Date older than 15 days, use the Eligibility Verification report.
Branch > Home > Dashboards > Outstanding Eligibility Verification Transactions.
To update the intake or Client record, click the patient name.
Complete the fields as required.
After you update information, re-verify eligibility in Client Payers or Intake Insurance Coverage.
To search for a response, in the upper right corner of the screen, type the Intake or Client name in the search.
