Managing Requirements
You can manage requirements in the client chart. Requirements are place holders only. Actual requirement documentation must be completed per Agency policies. For example, service agreements, consent to treatment, and billing documents.
From Case Details, click Requirements and click Add.
Complete the following:
Select Requirement.
Date Completed - enter date.
Due Date - enter due date.
To edit a requirement, click Edit next to the requirement to be updated. Make changes as needed and click Accept.
To delete a requirement, click Delete next to the requirement to be updated and click Accept.
Requirement documentation, for example, consent to treat, when completed can be uploaded in the client chart under Care Details > Charting.
