Managing Demographics

Patient demographic information is used throughout the application. Demographic information can be added to the chart at the time of referral. However, you can add or edit additional demographic information at any time in the demographics area of the chart.

Demographic information may be added to the chart at the time of referral (within the referral screen) or by using the edit option described below after the referral is completed.

Emergency Priority is located within the demographic section of the client chart. After the emergency priority information within an assessment is completed and saved from either the web or mobile application, emergency priority information is updated.
