Editing an Appointment

You can edit an appointment and make changes to an existing scheduled appointment. For example, changing the assigned resource when the assigned nurse called in sick for the day.

After you log into the CAH app, any updates made to the schedule appears in My Schedule.

Note

The scheduled appointment and any changes made must follow the authorization details.

  1. From the client's chart, click Schedule and select the appointment to be edited.

  2. Select one of the following:

    • Just this one appointment - Allows you to make changes to 1 appointment.

    • The series of future appointments - Allows you to make changes to the entire series of scheduled appointments.
