Client Header Overview
The Client Header appears in all client tabs in the web application. It is an area where pertinent client-related information appears.
The Client Header shows the following information in the collapsed view including:
Name and (Client ID #)
Date of Birth and Age
Address
Phone Number
Code Status
Allergies
Emergency Priority
Export CCD
Case #
SOC (Start of Care) Date
Primary Physician phone and fax numbers
Branch
Case Manager (CM) – if assigned
Backup Case Manager (CM) – if assigned
Human Resource Generalist (HRG) – if assigned
Current Certification Period
Certification Period HHRG
From the Client Header, you can also:
Add Communication Note
Export an XML of the Continuing Care Document (CCD)
Export a PDF of the Continuing Care Document (CCD)
Switch case types if there are multiple case types for the client.
