Opening the Help Center
The Help Center is available from any screen in Home Care.
From any screen, click Help. The help center opens.
To open the Help Center while staying in your current location in the application, hover over Help and right-click. Click Open in a New tab. The help center opens in a different tab. Click on the new tab and toggle between the help and the current area of the application.
In Contents, locate the area which you need help.
Click an area or use the Search field to find specific content. For example, to find Quick Reference Guides, search for Quick Reference. The search results include about 100 of the first characters of each topic to help you decide which topic is right for you. If your search term occurs in those characters, it is also highlighted.
The best Help Center experience occurs in the current versions of all browsers. Previous versions of browsers may not provide all features of the Help Center.
Select the title of any topic. The Contents expands and help topics appear on the right.
Click Next and Previous to move through help topics.
Print any topic by using the Print icon in the upper right of the page.
Rate a topic by clicking the Yes or No buttons at the end of a topic. Send us comments or suggestions about a topic by clicking the No button. Feedback is not support and cannot help you with support questions.
Use the Contents to jump to specific areas or scroll up and down the main screen to locate the specific content you are looking for.
