Managing Employee Discipline

You can manage the discipline / role for the employee by establishing the type of license, which state, and the dates the licenses are valid.

  1. From the Home screen, click Employees, click Edit next to the employee to be updated, click Discipline and click Add Discipline.

  2. To edit employee discipline information, click Edit next to the discipline to be updated, make changes as needed and click Accept.

  3. To remove employee information, click Remove next to the discipline to be updated and click Accept.

  • Discipline - select option.

  • License Number - enter license number.

  • License State - enter license state.

  • Issued Date - enter issued date.

  • Expiration Date - enter expiration date.

  • Verified By - enter initials.

  • Verified Date - enter date.
