Eligibility Verification Transactions Report 

Use the Eligibility Verification Transactions Report to view response history for Intakes or Clients. You can report responses with any eligibility status. This report is useful to 

  • Identify responses requiring follow up action such as Not Submitted or Failed status.

  • Identify unresolved response issues older than 15 days from the Eligibility Response Date.

Read the Eligibility Response Message to determine how you can resolve issues to receive eligibility information in a timely manner.

To help you easily manage the list of responses, the report is exported to Excel.

  1. Branch > Reports. 

  2. Type Eligibility Verification Transactions Report in the search.

  3. Select the Report Options as required.
